We do need both your name and email address, but we don't pass details on for any other party. Your name is only used in case we publish any comments or credit you on the site. We don't publish your email address at all, or add you to any mailing list - it is just used to reply back to you to acknowledge your email. Once the query has been dealt with, all contact details are deleted.
